Our chef Jérémy and his team offer market cuisine, as close to the season as possible, with the emphasis on proximity to trusted local suppliers.

Our main partners are Aux Petits Capus (primeur), Toque Cuivrée (canelés), and Compagnie bordelaise vin (wine).

Staying in the hotel? Good news: you can have breakfast and dinner in the restaurant!

The restaurant is open by reservation from Monday to Thursday, from 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm. 

The restaurant is closed from Friday evening to Sunday evening included, but we serve charcuterie and cheese boards.

The bar remains open!
